Qualifications

• OEM certifications are a plus!
• Good judgment in decision-making is necessary.
• Technical or trade school degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of vehicle models for effective communication.
• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to evaluate systems and components.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engines and brakes.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about customer needs and additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.
• Comply with all legal and company requirements regarding vehicle repairs.
