Summary
Responsibilities
Complete PLACE Launch and commit to the onboarding process. This is how you get up to speed fast. PLACE Launch gives you the foundation - tools, systems, and expectations - so you're not guessing what good looks like from day one.
Execute lead generation activities consistently every week. Using PLACE systems, you'll prospect and generate leads on a regular schedule. Consistent lead gen is what separates agents who have a good month from agents who have a good year.
Run buyer consultations and get signed agreements. You'll meet with buyers, uncover what they actually need, and walk them through the process with enough confidence that they sign with you. A signed agreement means you both have skin in the game.
Negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers. When it's time to make or respond to an offer, you advocate hard for your client. Good negotiation isn't just about price - it's about terms, timing, and knowing when to push and when to hold.
List properties and guide sellers from consultation to close. You'll convert seller consultations to signed listings, then bring real expertise on pricing strategy, staging, and marketing. Sellers need to trust your judgment - and you'll have the training to earn it.
Host two open houses per month and actively prospect. Open houses are one of the most underutilized lead gen tools in the business. Showing up prepared and engaging turns foot traffic into real opportunities.
Participate in coaching, training, and team activities consistently. Weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, partner calls, and team events aren't optional extras - they're part of how this team stays sharp. Agents who engage with these consistently are the ones hitting the top of the income range.
