- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using structured PLACE strategies so your pipeline is always full and your production is driven by a system, not by luck
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards so your conversations are sharper, your objection handling is stronger, and your close rate goes up
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to build a clear growth plan, review your numbers, and stay accountable to the production targets that will break you out of your current range
- Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls to stay connected to what is working across the team and keep your skills ahead of the market
- Collaborate with team members and administrative support staff so every transaction closes cleanly, every client is cared for, and your professional reputation keeps growing
- Track all business activity in PLACE Technology so your pipeline is visible, your numbers are real, and your decisions are based on data instead of gut feel

- Currently licensed in Maryland with 5 to 10 years of active real estate experience
- Consistent production history with a current range of 5 to 10 transactions per year
- Willing to fully commit to the team model, systems, and accountability structure
- Coachable and open to adopting proven processes regardless of prior experience
- Strong communicator with a client-first approach in every interaction
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to follow through consistently
- Team-oriented and willing to contribute to a culture built around shared growth
