Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and build a steady pipeline of buyer and seller leads through networking, sphere of influence, digital marketing, open houses, and referrals.
- Provide expert guidance on Seattle-area neighborhoods, market trends, pricing strategies, and local inventory (including new construction, waterfront, and green-certified homes).
- Conduct detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and prepare professional listing presentations.
- Show properties, host open houses, and manage buyer consultations in a fast-paced market where homes often receive multiple offers.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and inspection/closing contingencies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and escrow to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay current on Washington state real estate laws, Seattle rental ordinances, zoning changes, and environmental regulations (e.g., SEPA, shoreline permits).
- Actively use MLS, CRM systems (e.g., kvCORE or Follow Up Boss), social media, and emerging tech tools to market listings and generate leads.
- Deliver white-glove service that turns clients into lifelong advocates and referral sources.
