Summary

We are looking for a driven, client-focused Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in one of the nation's hottest housing markets. You will help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate Seattle's dynamic real estate landscape - from trendy urban condos in Capitol Hill and South Lake Union to family homes in Ballard, Magnolia, and the Eastside. As a Seattle-based agent, you will thrive in a high-volume, competitive environment shaped by tech professionals, remote workers, and strong demand for sustainable, walkable, and transit-oriented properties.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a steady pipeline of buyer and seller leads through networking, sphere of influence, digital marketing, open houses, and referrals.
  • Provide expert guidance on Seattle-area neighborhoods, market trends, pricing strategies, and local inventory (including new construction, waterfront, and green-certified homes).
  • Conduct detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and prepare professional listing presentations.
  • Show properties, host open houses, and manage buyer consultations in a fast-paced market where homes often receive multiple offers.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and inspection/closing contingencies.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and escrow to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay current on Washington state real estate laws, Seattle rental ordinances, zoning changes, and environmental regulations (e.g., SEPA, shoreline permits).
  • Actively use MLS, CRM systems (e.g., kvCORE or Follow Up Boss), social media, and emerging tech tools to market listings and generate leads.
  • Deliver white-glove service that turns clients into lifelong advocates and referral sources.
