Experienced Quality Production Specialist (FAI)

Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Services, is looking for an
Experienced Quality Production Specialist(FAI) to join our team in
Wichita, KS.Position Responsibilities:- Lead and train employees on the First Article Inspection, Lab Controlled at Source, Outbound/Inbound Inspection, and Non-Conformance processes.
- Disposition and control of non-conforming products.
- Review and approval of First Articles from suppliers.
- Perform First Articles for submission to customers.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 5+ years of related quality experience
- 3+ years of experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection
- 3+ years of experience in the usage of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator
- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102
- 4+ years' experience reading and interpret blueprints
- Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
This role requires passing a documented color and near vision exam.
Export Control Requirements:This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Previous aerospace inspection experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Summary pay range: $86,000.00 - $122,000.00
