How You'll Make an Impact- You will direct maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure plant equipment is maintained safely and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Investigate equipment failures and incidents to enhance reliability and improve preventive maintenance effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain essential maintenance documentation, including procedures, job plans, and training materials to support effective execution.
- Review maintenance performance metrics and assist in investigating forced outages and equipment reliability issues.
- Manage maintenance budgets and provide recommendations to the Plant Manager regarding spending and long-term asset needs.
What You Bring- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant power plant maintenance experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Your thorough understanding of power plant maintenance practices includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, along with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- You possess the ability to plan and coordinate maintenance programs that ensure safe work practices and timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems is essential for your success in this role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or craft certification is preferred.
