Position SummarySamsung Semiconductor is seeking a security minded Physical Security Professional with experience in overseeing the administrative functions of a contracted security force including evaluating post orders and SOPs, auditing the force for compliance, and conducting financial administration of a large security guard contract. This role also backs up the on-site Physical Security Supervisor and makes decisions in his absence.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:- Oversee operations budgets, financials and invoicing for three sites
- Conduct audits of contracted guard force SOPs, post orders, training evaluation forms
- Conduct audits of Business Continuity Plans, Drills and Security Exercises
- Review contracted guard force training and documentation
- Assist with oversight of a multi-location security guard force operation
- Assist with oversight of Security Dispatch Center Operations
Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:- 4-6 years Background in working Contracted - Guard Force Security Management (Operations Management and Client Management)
- Certified Protection Professional certification (preferred)
- Experience with understanding contracted guard force post orders, SOPs, and training requirements
- Experience managing invoices, billing, and payment for large contracted services
- Four to six years of working as a compliance auditor, reviewer, or accountant
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance preferred
- Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to assist with management of and oversight of a large guard force contract
- Ability to work as a part of a cross functional team
- Ability to exercise professional confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment
The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
