Experienced or Senior Program Management Specialist
Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 3:- Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
- Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases
- Conducts supplier assessments
- Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
- Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
- Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities
Position Responsibilities - Senior Level 4:- Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
- Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
- Conducts and guides supplier assessments
- Develops current and projected work statement
- Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
- Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
- Develops and executes work movement plans
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Shift:This position is for 1st shift.

(A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
- More than 3 years of experience in program management within supplier management
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

Summary pay range for
Experienced Level 3: $100,300 - $123,900
Summary pay range for
Senior Level 4: $121,550 - $150,150
