The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of cases, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in growing a practice.
You will have the opportunity to:

• Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and independently manage significant matters
• Research and analyze sophisticated legal issues
• Develop and execute discovery strategies
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage document-intensive litigation
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Prepare cases for trial
• Work directly with clients and develop long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas
• Build and expand your own practice with the support of the firm's business-development and marketing resources

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a genuine passion for advocacy.

Compensation

• $130,000-$175,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based compensation and a competitive benefits package.
