We are launching a new IDD agency in New Jersey, focused on residential and in-home DDD services, as part of a growing regional senior care and IDD group.
We are seeking a Founding Administrator / Executive Director to lead the agency from setup through scale, working directly with ownership and regional leadership.
What You'll Do- Lead startup: licensing, setup, and operational launch
- Build residential and in-home DDD programs from the ground up
- Partner with ownership and regional administration
- Hire, train, and manage your core team
- Ensure full compliance with NJ DDD and Medicaid requirements
- Establish scalable systems across operations and service delivery
What We're Looking For- Experience operating or launching an IDD/DD agency in NJ
- Strong knowledge of NJ DDD (residential + in-home supports)
- Proven ability to build teams and scale operations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, low-structure environment
- Hands-on operator with strong execution skills
