Experienced Service Advisors to join our
high-volume Lakewood Ford service department.

What We OfferCompensation & Benefits- Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications)

What You'll Do- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
