Compensation & Benefits- You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation
- In 2024, the average income of our financial professionals under the N8 and N9 Agents' Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $120,555.⁸ Individual agent performance will determine your income.

• Work with families and professionals to establish and implement financial strategies to achieve and protect their goals.
• Educate clients with the resources and solutions to help prepare for the unexpected life events/circumstances
• Be active in the community, networking to build and expand your personal brand
• Work with business owners to implement strategies for tax diversification, employee retention, and succession planning
• Earn financial designations through our practice module program with the American College of Financial Services and our scholarships.
• Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional
• Build a network of centers of influence and referral partners
