Full Job Description
Position Summary

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to executive support. The Executive Assistant will oversee complex calendars and schedules, book travel, submit expenses, prepare/edit meeting materials, Excel and PowerPoint presentations, and manage fast-moving operations that require resourcefulness, excellent judgment and a sense of urgency. Also the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to departments within the organization. This role carries a wide range of responsibilities and is designed to support teams while helping departments operate with excellence.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; ensure executives stay on track, prioritize meeting requests, and handle conflicts or scheduling changes proactively.
  • Work closely and effectively with the executive to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while following through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel; arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site events for small and large groups.
  • Effectively handle related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Provide protocol and hospitality support during visits of headquarters executives and high-level external guests.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the executive's staff.
  • Generating reports, performing data entry, providing purchasing assistance, and overall administration support for the departments.
  • Provide translation and communication support both Korean-to-English and English-to-Korean as needed by the departments.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfort working under pressure and effectively managing shifting. priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
