Responsibilities

The Experienced Enterprise Software Administrator has a working knowledge of enterprise applications and their configurations. This role manages system settings, assists with software deployments, and troubleshoots issues beyond basic support. With increased autonomy, this role contributes to system maintenance, security enforcement, and vendor communication. The Enterprise Software Administrator develops deeper technical skills, working on integrations and performance monitoring while supporting end-user training and documentation efforts.

Software Administration:
  • Support the administration of enterprise software systems by configuring user permissions, maintaining workflows, updating dashboards, and assisting with project configurations to ensure system efficiency and user accessibility.


Automations and Integrations:
  • Independently develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize routine tasks and processes. Configure and manage integrations between enterprise software systems and other business applications.


Software Deployment and Configuration:
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of enterprise software applications, ensuring they meet organizational needs.


Software Maintenance and Updates:
  • Independently manage the application of software updates, patches, and optimizations to ensure system stability and security.

Security and Access Management:
  • Independently manage user permissions, access controls, and encryption measures.


Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor and report on software performance, identifying areas for improvement.


Process Improvement:

Salesforce Administration:

Automation & Integrations:
  • Support the implementation of automation within Salesforce by creating and managing automation rules using Flow and Process Builder, and assisting with API connections and third-party tool integrations such as Conga Composer and similar platforms.


Salesforce Development:
  • Assist with basic Salesforce customizations using declarative tools; support developers with straightforward Apex and Lightning component tasks as directed.


Project Leadership & Implementation:
  • Support Salesforce project delivery by contributing to requirements gathering, assisting with solution design, and helping to coordinate testing and deployment activities.


Innovation, Thought Leadership & User Adoption:
  • Stay informed on Salesforce releases and emerging features; contribute to end-user training and adoption efforts by developing supporting materials and assisting with training sessions.


Experience/Qualifications

Software Configuration and Management:
  • Intermediate ability to independently deploy, configure, and customize enterprise software applications, ensuring they meet organizational needs and requirements.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Intermediate capability to diagnose complex issues and work independently to resolve problems, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes.

Security and Access Control:
  • Intermediate knowledge and ability to manage security measures, including user permissions, access control, encryption, and other relevant security protocols.

Intermediate Reporting and Data Extraction:
  • Ability to independently create and modify reports using system tools, extract relevant data for analysis, and support end users by ensuring data accessibility and accuracy.

Documentation Management:
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides, ensuring clarity and accessibility for users and administrators.

System Optimization and Performance Monitoring:
  • Ability to proactively monitor system performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve software stability and efficiency.

System Integration:
  • Knowledgeable of software integration methods and able to work with other teams to implement software integrations ensuring enterprise applications work seamlessly with other business system

Salesforce Administrator Specific:
