CRBR is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee reconstruction projects, lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This leadership role also assists with mentoring and developing other Superintendents.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Lead crews and subcontractors to meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Maintain customer communication and provide project updates.
- Prepare change orders and track project costs.
- Coordinate with building departments, engineers, architects, and insurance representatives.
- Train and mentor new Superintendents.
- Ensure accurate project documentation.
- Promote and enforce company safety standards.
- Assist with scheduling and resource planning.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Must participate in on-call rotation.
- CSLB HIS License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
