Job DescriptionJoin the largest full-scope midwifery group! Our practice is seeking to add a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled Certified Nurse-Midwife to our practice located in central Virginia. The CMG Women's Center is a highly successful hospital-owned practice that employs Certified Nurse-Midwives and Nurse Practitioners, serving a diverse population. Services include comprehensive healthcare across the lifespan, including prenatal, labor and birth, and postpartum care, as well as gynecologic services such as reproductive and wellness care for women and non-binary individuals.
Births are attended at Centra's Virginia Baptist Hospital, a Baby-Friendly, Magnet Certified facility with supportive in-house consulting physicians, anesthesia and a Level II NICU.

QualificationsRequirementsApplicants must be willing to relocate and be licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible.
Current BLS certification required, NRP preferred.
Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
Minimum 2 years of midwifery experience highly desired and a confidence to practice autonomously. Team-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care
