Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs (oil changes, brakes, tire rotations, tune-ups, etc.)
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
* Use advanced diagnostic equipment to efficiently identify problems
* Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repairs needed
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
* Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
* Basic computer skills
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Must provide your own tools
*ASE CERTIFICATED
*VA STATE INSPECTOR
