Qualifications

• 5-7 years of dealership experience preferred.
• Toyota or other import vehicle experience is advantageous.
• ASE Certifications are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Proficient in time management for self and others.
• Typing skills to efficiently enter repair orders.
• High personal and professional integrity.
• Valid Illinois Drivers License with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as per outlined orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and execute repairs accordingly.
• Communicate with parts department to secure necessary parts.
• Tag parts for warranty jobs or customer requests.
• Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service concerns.
• Promptly inform service advisor of any changes to necessary repair estimates.
• Document work performed in a timely manner.
• Conduct road tests when needed.
• Attend factory training to stay updated on technical bulletins.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and account for all tools.
• Adhere to safety regulations and promptly report any incidents.
