Your expertise in experience strategy and inclusive design will ensure our offerings are not only visually compelling but also accessible and user-friendly — enhancing the overall experience for every user.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design and research strategies for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas
  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives within a specific domain, including diagramming service flows, designing wireframes, and prototyping interactions for key touchpoints
  • Drive the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development processes, ensuring seamless and customer-centric solutions
  • Analyze market trends, gather feedback from user research, and apply data insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences across platforms and channels
  • Produce development-ready Figma deliverables — including design library components, responsive behaviors, and variables/tokens — and maintain clean files to enable seamless handoff and fast builds

  • Partner with design systems and engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate feasibility, align on specifications, and advocate for your design decisions
  • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted design workflows to improve speed, consistency, and handoff quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions
  • Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial product proposal, including the development of transformational innovation strategies and creation of "north star" representations to drive customer-centric decision-making
  • Advanced technical literacy, including a strong understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the components of the technology stack and their impact on user experience
  • Expert-level Figma proficiency, including design system governance and preparing clean, structured designs for development and AI-assisted builds
  • Proven experience shipping production user experience and user interface design in close partnership with engineers, including writing and maintaining design specifications and supporting implementation through release
  • Practical experience using AI tools in design to accelerate exploration, synthesize research insights, improve handoff artifacts, and generate design-to-code outputs — while maintaining quality, accessibility, and compliance standards
  • Comfortable with rapid prototyping and presenting design concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Design leadership or managerial experience, with a track record of developing and growing design talent
