Full Job Description
Marvell Technology is seeking an experienced, service-obsessed Executive Travel Manager to build and operate a best-in-class, white-glove travel program for Marvell's senior leadership team. This is a high- accountability role at the intersection of executive services and operational excellence. As the single point of contact and escalation for all executive travel, you will own every detail of the travel experience-from initial planning through wheels-down-ensuring that Marvell's most senior leaders can focus entirely on business priorities while you handle the logistics. You will design the infrastructure, policies, and vendor relationships that make seamless executive travel repeatable and reliable at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in executive or VIP travel management, luxury hospitality, or corporate concierge services, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where discretion, urgency, and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable What You Can Expect Executive Travel Program Design & Ownership 3 Serve as the architect, owner, and single point of accountability for Marvell's executive travel program. 3 Design and implement program standards, policies, and operating procedures that deliver consistent, white- glove experiences for the executive leadership team. 3 Build a proactive, anticipatory travel support model-one that addresses needs before they surface and adapts in real time as circumstances change. 3 Partner with executive administrative staff to establish clear workflows, communication protocols, and escalation paths, ensuring the program integrates smoothly into existing EA processes without displacing EA ownership. End-to-End Travel Logistics Management 3 Manage all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including commercial and private air travel, ground transportation and airport transfers, hotel accommodations and room preferences, VIP lounge and meet-and-greet services, and dining and amenity coordination. 3 Maintain detailed executive travel profiles capturing preferences, loyalty memberships, dietary requirements, security protocols, and any special considerations. 3 Provide proactive, real-time itinerary management-monitoring flights, anticipating disruptions, and executing contingency plans without prompting. 3 Respond to changes and emergencies with urgency and composure, including off-hours and weekend support when executive travel demands it. Vendor Management & Program Infrastructure 3 Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with preferred travel vendors including airlines, private aviation providers, ground transportation companies, hotels, and travel management companies (TMCs). 3 Negotiate preferred rates, service-level agreements, and VIP designations that reflect Marvell's executive standards. 3 Hold vendors accountable to performance expectations; resolve service faiures quickly and decisively. 3 Manage program spend, track budgets, and identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality. Executive Stakeholder Partnership 3 Build trusted relationships with executive assistants, chiefs of staff, security, legal, and finance teams to ensure travel decisions are coordinated and informed by the full picture of executive needs. 3 Partner with the security team on travel risk management, safety protocols, and international travel briefings for senior leaders. 3 Act as a calm, capable escalation point when travel situations require executive-level judgment or intervention. 3 Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to executive schedules, locations, and travel details. Compliance, Policy & Continuous Improvement 3 Ensure all executive travel activity complies with Marvell's travel policy, expense guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements. 3 Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and vendor contracts. 3 Measure program performance through data, traveler feedback, and benchmarking; continuously refine the program based on findings. 3 Stay current on travel industry trends, technology platforms, and best practices to keep Marvell's executive travel program best-in-class. What We're Looking For 3 7-10+ years of experience in executive travel management, VIP concierge services, luxury hospitality, executive support, or corporate travel program management. 3 Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. 3 Demonstrated success building, implementing, or enhancing executive travel programs, processes, and service standards. Preferred Background 3 Experience in luxury hospitality, premium travel management, executive concierge services, executive administration, or corporate travel operations. 3 Familiarity with private and charter aviation logistics is strongly preferred. 3 Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel for senior executives. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 113,650 - 170,200, $ per annum The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
