Position Overview:

ANSER is seeking an Executive Operations Specialist (BOND Support) focused on personnel onboarding to provide direct support to the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), Director of Administration and Management (DA&M). This role supports key OSW leadership initiatives, including the BOND Program, while improving operational efficiency and providing subject matter expertise across the Department of War (DoW).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding and integration activities for DoW personnel, ensuring required steps and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support to office leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and routine correspondence.
  • Support office operations through document preparation, data entry, records management, and review of materials for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate personnel actions, including security paperwork, CAC and NIPR account requests, onboarding and offboarding checklists, ethics documentation, and related administrative requirements.
  • Assist with travel coordination in the Defense Travel System (DTS), including monitoring changes and preparing required information.
  • Support daily office operations, including supply requests, IT ticket submissions, equipment tracking, mail and package handling, and SharePoint updates.
  • Maintain records in accordance with established DoW and federal policies and procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff and external stakeholders through written correspondence, email, and in-person engagement.
  • Support special projects and other mission-related activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree and 6+ years of professional experience; or a bachelor's degree and 11+ years of professional experience; or 16+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience developing professional and analytic deliverables and providing insights in support of technical, managerial, procedural, and project-related activities.
  • Experience supporting the onboarding and offboarding of civilian, senior civilian, and military personnel, including CAC and NIPR account requests and routing security clearance and ethics documentation.
  • Prior experience with correspondence management, task assignment and tracking, or Executive Secretariat-like functions within the U.S. Government.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Professional experience supporting the OSW or DoW.
  • Experience supporting senior-level government officials and knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSW and its Components.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide concierge-level support while managing competing priorities and urgent requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to objectively assess requirements and improve processes to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, develop solutions to customer needs, and resolve problems quickly in an occasionally ambiguous environment.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:
