Duke Health is seeking an accomplished and strategic Executive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This critical role is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end executive search lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and superior experience for senior-level candidates, interviewers, and organizational leaders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, project management capabilities, and a deep commitment to confidentiality and stakeholder engagement, thereby advancing Duke Health's mission to attract and retain top-tier executive talent.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management
  • Executive Search Leadership: Oversee and direct all phases of executive recruitment operations-from requisition initiation through executive onboarding-ensuring seamless resume screening, shortlisting, management of complex schedules, stakeholder meetings, and talent assessments at the highest organizational levels.
  • Executive Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, "white-glove" candidate experience for executive-level talent, managing personalized communications and ensuring Duke Health's values are reflected at every touchpoint.
  • Resource & Process Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance recruitment infrastructure-including executive pipelines, pre-brief materials, and real-time reporting-to support timely and informed decision-making.
  • Executive Onboarding Facilitation: Direct the seamless transition and onboarding of executive hires, partnering closely with senior leadership and executive assistants to ensure a world-class assimilation experience.
  • Process Improvement Leadership: Collaborate with talent strategies leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in executive recruitment strategy and operations.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively organize and facilitate exectutive recruitment initiatives, including strategic talent mapping, engagement sessions, and leadership pipeline cultivation.


Analytical and Administrative Support
  • Confidential Information Stewardship: Act as a trusted steward of highly sensitive executive search information, maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion throughout all communications and interactions.
  • Advanced Administrative Leadership: Oversee executive calendars, organize complex travel logistics, and prepare high-impact agendas, reports, and presentations for senior audiences.
