Position: Executive & Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO, Dhar Mann
Location: West Hollywood, Burbank, and Calabasas, CA (on-site required); must be available for domestic and international travel
Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start
Compensation: Up to $15240k/year + bonus, depending on experience

Dhar Mann, Founder of Dhar Mann Studios and LiveGlam, is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Executive & Personal Assistant. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with hands-on personal assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and proactive, with the ability to manage fast-moving priorities across both business and personal life. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, oversee a small administrative and household team, and ensure the Founder's day-to-day life runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Dhar's business, personal, and family calendars with precision and foresight
  • Prepare for meetings, travel, events, and appearances
  • Serve as liaison between Dhar and companyinternal teams, talent, and external partners
  • Coordinate personal errands, appointments, family logistics, and special events
  • Lead a team of 3 administrative professionals and oversee home office operations
  • Streamline systems and implement tools for better efficiency and communication
  • Draft and manage professional and personal communications
  • Support high-level relationships and protect the Founder's time and priorities
  • Travel as needed to provide in-person logistical and personal support

Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years supporting a high-level executive or public figure
  • Experience in both executive assistant and personal assistant capacities
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and modern tech tools
