What you’ll be doing...
As the Executive Operations lead, you will play a critical role in the Verizon AI Connect organization. Acting as a central hub for our leaders, you will drive team engagement, organize decision-making, and ensure we execute on Verizon’s AI Connect initiatives.
In this role, you will provide daily operational support to the AI Connect leadership team. You will look for ways to improve how our team works, boost our culture, and create a better experience for our employees. By working closely with leaders across the organization, you will make sure everyone is aligned with our goals. You will also help connect the dots between various projects, turning them into clear roadmaps based on our biggest priorities.
This is a fast-paced role where you will manage regular reporting, lead organizational management, help with communications, and prepare high-level presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build and manage executive slides and presentations. This includes the creation of presentations, updating existing formats, getting clear requirements, and applying feedback.
- Plan and manage executive meeting agendas. You will figure out what topics need to be discussed, negotiate time slots, and handle any schedule changes.
- Gather, organize, and share meeting materials accurately and on time
- Manage shared files across different teams to make sure everything is organized across the organization
- Design, build, and share high-level weekly or monthly reports. You will work closely with data teams and other material providers to get the information you need.
- Partner with teams across the company to gather executive materials, move processes forward, and hit project goals.
- Handle very tight deadlines for executive requests. You must be comfortable working quickly and ensuring all timelines are met or beaten.
- Always look for ways to make our everyday processes smoother, faster, and more efficient.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Three or more years of experience with project management, developing and delivering presentations and communication strategies.
- Experience successfully facilitating meetings with executives, VP, and above.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Masters or MBA.
- Experience in a business operations role for a high performing, strategic organization.
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Three or more years of experience successfully identifying requirements across cross-functional team members of all levels.
- Proven ability to work productively with small group of key leaders.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $108,000.00 - $188,000.00.
