We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven professional to work directly with our President/CEO and our Global Partners. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage priorities, drive follow-through, improve efficiencies, and help ensure that critical initiatives move forward across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization. Six Sigma training, project management experience, or a demonstrated passion for continuous improvement is highly desirable.
Requirements in this role but not limited to: - Partner directly with the President/CEO to manage daily priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in daily operational meetings.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions.
- Track commitments and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
- Hold teams accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
- Coordinate communication between departments to improve execution and efficiency.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel itineraries.
- Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve organizational effectiveness.
