Full Job Description
The Role:

The Executive Operations Associate is a problem solver. Working closely with the CEO and members of the senior leadership team, this person will develop deep business knowledge to identify, track, and project manage the resolution of key business challenges as they arise. This role will focus on driving rapid business adjustments to conditions on the ground, organizing teams to identify and solve problems, and feeding all relevant information into the ongoing strategic planning process so adjustments can be made and long-range planning is managed. The role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify needed adjustments to the strategic plan or ongoing operations.
  • Drive a monthly effort to build teams and efforts around the problems to be solved - each challenge will have an analysis, supporting data, and extreme focus on solutions.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track progress against key strategic initiatives and provide updates to leadership.
  • Manage the cadence and effectiveness of senior leadership team meetings (develop agendas, coordinate pre-read materials, and prepare executive-level presentations) so each meeting is tailored to the problems needing attention.
  • Capture key decisions, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability and execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination among senior leadership team members.
  • Assist in the development of materials supporting IPO readiness activities and investor-facing communications.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
  • Assist with financial analyses, KPI tracking, and business performance assessments.
  • Drive operational improvements and process enhancements across the organization.
  • Perform research and analysis on strategic, operational, and financial topics as needed.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and/or boards of directors.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Advanced understanding of AI tools and deployment in a corporate setting to drive efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate complex information into executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
  • Knowledge of medical device, life sciences, healthcare technology or regulated industries preferred.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000/year; however, base pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
