Title: Executive Effectiveness Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (n the new 400 North Aberdeen Chicago office with hybrid arrangements possible)

Workstyle: Hybrid

The Executive Effectiveness Manager's responsibilities include a combination of project management, writing and editing, and administrative and relationship support functions. This role will serve as a key advisor and confidant, will coordinate special projects, compile information, and complete reports and analyses. The Executive Effectiveness Manager will interface with internal and external stakeholders; therefore, a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy is paramount.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Offer suggestions and develop solutions to help promote effective and efficient work processes and innovative programs.
  • Provides valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Gather relevant data, conduct research, and prepare comprehensive reports on key issues, enabling informed choices.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills, comfortable managing conflict.
  • Oversees and manages critical projects or initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation and monitoring toward goals.
  • Regularly manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with high discretion.


  • Under limited supervision, organizes and prioritizes tasks with demonstrated ability to multi-task, quickly pivot, be resilient and synthesize information quickly and clearly.
  • Serves as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination amongst global departments, segments, and teams.
  • Comfortable providing feedback, directing, and engaging with senior leaders.
  • Provides confidential and executive-level support. This can include drafting speeches, preparing presentations, and representing the executive in meetings or events when necessary. Act as a trusted advisor, offering counsel and guidance on a wide range of matters.
  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the office. Respond to emails based on Sr leader preferences and communication styles. Responsible for internal and external calendar management, including identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel - arrange flights, hotels & transfers.
  • Plan and coordinate internal meeting logistics, conferences, meeting rooms, catering, and guest arrival arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate external events that includes hotel blocks, group transportation, property search, costs, meeting invites, negotiations and decision making.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree and professional experience in executive management, leadership, strategy, and operations required.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of business principles and practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
