JOB SUMMARY
- The Executive Director-Service Line functions in a dyad leadership role with service line physician partners to providestrategic, programmatic, and operational oversight of their assigned clinical programs across all SJHS regional sites ofcare. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall growth and development of the service line and its associatedclinical programs including the development and execution of an annual operating plan. They work collaboratively acrossthe continuum of care with health system leaders to achieve strategic and growth objectives as well as meet quality,safety, patient experience, operational, and financial goals.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Education: Bachelor27s degree in arts or sciences required, master27s degree in business administration, Health Administration, or Science of Nursing, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days
- Experience: At least 10 years of previous job-related experience required, including five years of managerialexperience.
