Qualifications:- Two years of management experience in healthcare related field
- Clinical background is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Supportive Living regulations a plus
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead employees
- Highly motivated, energetic, and dependable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to work with others in a team environment effectively, efficiently, and professionally
- Must enjoy the many challenges of today's health care field
