Job Description:
Recognized as an expert within own network. Leverages deep technical expertise to influence strategic initiatives and advise senior leadership on functional strategies, shaping outcomes effectively. Integral resource to complex projects, offering expert analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive key decisions and improvements.
Works collaboratively with other senior leaders, contributing to corporate/network/agency objectives through the delivery of high-quality, strategic solutions.
Drives business development, revenue growth, and market expansion through the identification, development, and conversion of new client and partnership opportunities. Leads integrated growth initiatives across prospecting, relationship management, consultative selling, strategic partnerships, thought leadership, and client engagement to strengthen market presence and commercial performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, production, data, technology, and operations to develop integrated business solutions aligned to client needs and evolving market opportunities. Uses market intelligence, industry trends, consumer insights, and business analytics to inform growth strategies, support new business pursuits, expand existing partnerships, and position organizational capabilities competitively within dynamic marketing and business environments.150,000-200,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
