The
Executive Director, Southeast Pennsylvania Behavioral Health & Integrated Care provides executive leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal accountability for a diverse portfolio of behavioral health, integrated care, and health and human services across Southeast Pennsylvania.
Reporting to the Senior Executive Director, this role provides executive leadership and operational oversight for a complex, multidisciplinary portfolio of health services within the region. The Executive Director will partner with clinical, medical, financial, HR, quality, compliance, IT, payer, and executive leaders to strengthen services and advance an integrated approach to care.
This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic, results-oriented executive who can translate vision into action, develop strong leaders, and drive measurable improvements across a complex service system. The Executive Director will identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, productivity, access, and financial performance while ensuring programs remain aligned with regulatory and quality standards.
The ideal leader brings a strong understanding of the behavioral health and healthcare landscape, with the ability to navigate payer, provider, regulatory, and community environments. This role will also help advance program growth, strategic partnerships, contract development, and system-wide improvement initiatives.
Success in this position requires exceptional communication, collaboration, negotiation, and change-management skills, along with the ability to build accountability and create alignment across teams and stakeholders.

- Master's degree in a health or human services field, or a related discipline, required.
- 5-10 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategic and project plans.
- Strong understanding of the payer, provider, and regulatory landscape.
- Experience building relationships with industry leaders, funders, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision, goals, and expectations.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly related to contracts, partnerships, and program development.
