Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the daily operations of our senior living community. In this role, you will oversee resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while fostering a culture of excellence and resident-centered service. The ideal candidate is a strong, results-driven leader who is passionate about senior living and dedicated to creating an environment where residents thrive, families feel supported, and employees are empowered to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the senior living community to ensure exceptional resident care and service.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage community staff while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, and occupancy growth.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners to support resident satisfaction and community success.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, licensed healthcare professional, or equivalent qualifying experience as outlined by Ohio regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, regulatory compliance, and community operations.
  • Valid driver's license; Ohio RN or LPN licensure preferred.
