Job Responsibilities Serves as the College's accreditation liaison to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), directing all efforts related to reaffirmation, substantive change, institutional compliance, and continuous quality improvements. Provides leadership for institutional and program-level accreditation activities to ensure compliance with regional and specialized accrediting agencies. Provides strategic leadership for institutional planning, assessment, evaluation, accreditation, compliance, academic quality, curriculum governance, and continuous improvement initiatives of the college. Reviews faculty credentials and develops and coordinates college-wide academic and administrative program reviews in coordination with the Executive Leadership Team. Collaborates with academic leadership to support new program development, needs assessment, curriculum review, and program-level accreditation while promoting data-informed decision making and institutional effectiveness. Leads full implementation and continuous improvement of the SACSCOC-approved Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), emphasizing measurable student outcomes, institutional engagement, assessment, and compliance. Selects, supervises, trains, and evaluates a team of professionals supporting institutional effectiveness, planning, research, grants, and data management to advance the mission, goals, and objectives of the college. Participates on and provides leadership for college committees, councils, and institutional initiatives.
Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree and supervisory or managerial experience in a planning, research or statistical setting.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree and progressive experience in institutional research or related field.
