Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

This role supports a diverse portfolio that extends beyond traditional home care finance and includes day-to-day financial oversight of system pharmacy operations, the system 340B drug pricing program, home health, home/ambulatory infusion, DME, and in-home medical service lines. The pharmacy program includes internal and external contracts generating $1B in annual revenues. The 340b program includes savings programs for both acute and non-acute facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated healthcare finance leadership experience in FP&A, reimbursement strategy, service line profitability, cost accounting, regulatory compliance, and decision support (including experience with tools such as Strata). Candidates should have a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and pharmacy reimbursement methodologies; 340B program economics, including contract pharmacy arrangements, accumulator programs, manufacturer rebate models, and savings realization methodologies; and the financial implications of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Partnership with our hospital leadership team is critical to the success of managing our pharmacy and 340b programs.

Success in this role requires the ability to serve as a trusted collaborative business partner to others, effectively represent Care at Home service lines in health system leadership forums, translate complex financial and operational data into synthesized actionable business insights, and influence executive decision-making in support of strategic growth and operational performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (Required) and
  • Master's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Experience of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (Required) including
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience of management experience with significant business impact (Required)

Salary Range: $170,000 - $212,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
