Executive Director for our Memory Care at our latest Eugene campus!
Responsibilities- Direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations.
- Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
- Lead a team of 30+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
- Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.
QualificationsQualifications- Must have a current Oregon ALF/RCF Administrators License.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Have at least 2 years experience as a Memory Care Administrator
- Be a strong leader with the ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
- Be a team player, well organized, and flexible.
