The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading through data, building strong systems, mentoring leaders, and representing the organization with credibility and heart.
Required credential: LCSW-C, LCPC, or CPRP
Setting: Annapolis, MD (office based with community engagement)
What you'll bring:
- Executive-level leadership in behavioral health or psychiatric rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge of COMAR, CARF, quality management, and program oversight
- 2+ years experience with strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational accountability
- A passion for person-centered, recovery-oriented services
- The ability to lead with clarity, compassion, and high standards
