Compensation

$90,000 - $95,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity
Position Summary

An established senior living community in the Olathe, Kansas area is seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide operational leadership and oversee all aspects of community performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to join a stable community supported by an engaged team and strong organizational resources.

The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and overall community success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for all community operations
  • Foster a culture focused on resident satisfaction and quality care
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
