What You'll DoAs
Executive Director, you'll oversee the full operation of the community, leading teams across resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team
- Drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Support team member growth, engagement, and retention
- Lead with visibility, accountability, empathy, and energy
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proven leader who can successfully lead large-scale operations while delivering exceptional service and building strong teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 7+ years Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community
