Are you a visionary leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences? We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead The Arlington of Naples in beautiful Naples, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee community operations, inspire high-performing teams, and cultivate a culture where residents and employees thrive.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace
  • Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams
  • Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community
  • Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives


What We're Looking For:
