JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Executive Director of Identity Data Products in the Trust and Security organization, you will be a key product leader, reporting to the Head of Identity Data & Lifecycle Management. You will lead a team of product managers and partner closely with technology teams to build and enhance core identity data capabilities, including identity verification levels, identity resolution, identity graph, and data governance. Your work will directly shape how the firm understands, manages, and leverages identity data to drive security, compliance, and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Serve as the product lead for identity data products — setting vision, strategy, and execution plans across identity verification and confidence, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management.
•    Build, launch, and continuously improve identity data capabilities to ensure we have the best identity data stack in the industry.
•    Collaborate closely with technology, design, modeling, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure identity data solutions.
•    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
•    Partner with the broader identity and data organization to align on the overall identity data roadmap and strategy, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of capabilities.
•    Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess product health, data quality, and business impact — using insights to continuously iterate and improve.
•    Establish and champion data governance standards, policies, and controls specific to the identity data domain.
•    Ensure all identity data products comply with applicable data privacy regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
•    Represent the team in senior leadership and governance forums, communicating strategy, risks, and outcomes with clarity and executive presence.
•    Proactively identify and manage risks related to data quality, access, privacy, and security within the identity data domain.
•    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a forward-looking roadmap.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
•    Proven experience as a product leader in identity, data management, or related technology domains.
•    Deep understanding of identity verification, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management.
•    Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing product teams, including leading large, cross-functional data infrastructure projects at large enterprises.
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that deliver measurable business and risk outcomes.
•    Strong technical fluency across modern data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and data pipeline technologies.
•    Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and compliance obligations relevant to identity data.
•    Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
•    Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
•    Demonstrated success in building and launching complex technology products, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
•    Advanced degree in a technical, analytical, or business field.
•    Familiarity with identity and access management standards, protocols, and frameworks.
•    Experience applying machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques to identity, fraud, or risk use cases.
•    Knowledge of graph-based data models and their application to identity resolution and relationship mapping.
•    Hands-on experience with agile product development practices at enterprise scale.
