  • Implement, monitor, and refine standardized processes, SOPs, and performance metrics to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Manage systems and partnerships including HER, Salesforce CRM, and CurativeAI integrations to optimize analytics and care efficiency.
  • Support expansion planning and site launches across future Marquis markets.
  • Design and monitor concierge service standards that reflect a luxury wellness brand.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with real-time insight into financial health and utilization.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team united under Marquis MD's core philosophy.

About the role

The Executive Director serves as the operational and cultural backbone of Marquis MD, responsible for leading all aspects of daily performance, growth, and service excellence across our concierge medical practices. This role partners closely with the Medical Director and executive leadership to deliver on Marquis MD's promise: a patient experience defined by accessibility, luxury, and whole-person care.

The Executive Director ensures that every operational, financial, and clinical touchpoint functions in harmony, building a scalable foundation for growth while maintaining the exclusivity and trust that define the Marquis MD brand.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end operations across all Marquis MD locations, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
  • Implement, monitor, and refine standardized processes, SOPs, and performance metrics to drive consistency, scalability, and accountability.
  • Manage systems and partnerships including HER, Salesforce CRM, and CurativeAI integrations to optimize visibility, analytics, and care efficiency.
  • Support expansion planning, site launches, and cross-functional readiness across future Marquis markets.
  • Serve as the internal ambassador for the Marquis MD experience, proactive, discreet, and deeply personal.
  • Design and monitor concierge service standards that reflect a luxury wellness brand, ensuring each interaction exceeds patient expectations.
  • Oversee membership management, renewals, and engagement programs across Gold, Platinum, and Vantablack tiers.
  • Use data and feedback loops to continuously elevate satisfaction, response times, and overall brand consistency.
  • Partner with Finance and Shared Services to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Lead financial operations including billing oversight, collections performance, and membership growth metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with real-time insight into financial health, utilization, and capacity.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, revenue diversification, and enhanced efficiency.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team; clinical, administrative, and support united under Marquis MD's core philosophy of "one team, one standard."
  • Build a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and patient-first excellence.
  • Coach and develop department leads, ensuring role clarity, cross-functional alignment, and leadership readiness.
