Full Job Description
We are looking for a licensed Executive Director to join our team! If you have a passion for people and a savvy business acumen, this is the place for you.

What you'll be doing:

As our Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for our community. You will have full oversight and responsibility for meeting financial expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality customer-oriented workforce. You will be genuinely interacting with our residents, families, associates, and visitors in a professional and caring manner.

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Current Administrator's license (based on state requirement)
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Previous operations experience specific to retirement housing with assisted living, long- term care or related fields and experience operating and maintaining a quality, customer-oriented workforce
  • Strong human relations skills and experience with the ability to communicate with diverse levels of employees
  • Possess a valid and current driver's license
  • May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification
  • Must be willing to travel including air travel
