Full Job Description
Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Range: $104,000- $125,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Housing Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading operations, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and managing financial and regulatory compliance. You'll provide strategic leadership to your team while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. By balancing quality care, operational success, and financial sustainability, you'll ensure that Vivie communities remain a trusted, vibrant place for residents to call home.

As a Housing Executive Director, you will:
  • Lead & Develop Teams - Oversee hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring staff are engaged, well-supported, and aligned with Vivie's mission. Maintain effective scheduling systems and foster a high-performing, morale-driven work environment.
  • Enhance Resident Living & Well-Being - Work closely with the Director of Clinical Care to maintain an environment that supports independence, dignity, and holistic wellness for residents. Ensure open communication with residents and families, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage Operations & Compliance - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives in line with state and federal regulations. Lead strategic planning efforts to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee Financial & Resource Management - Ensure financial sustainability by managing budgets, optimizing staffing, and achieving operational goals. Monitor financial performance, collaborating with teams to drive efficiencies and maximize resources.
  • Drive Communication & Community Engagement - Promote proactive, open communication across residents, staff, and leadership. Represent Vivie in community groups, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Other Duties as Assigned - Complete projects assigned by the Vice President of Housing and collaborate with other Housing Executive Directors to ensure consistency in processes and policies.
