YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTORKey Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all functions and phases of Housing Authority operations
- Serve as Secretary to the Board of Commissioners, supporting governance and strategic planning
- Implement Housing Authority policies related to property operations, management, maintenance, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program
- Ensure full compliance with HUD policies, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, supervision, discipline, and staff development
- Direct planning, execution, and evaluation of all systems, programs, and operational activities
- Oversee financial management, including budgets, audits, investments, and ongoing performance tracking
Here's what we need from you:
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within housing, government, or public-sector administration
- Demonstrated expertise in HUD programs, fiscal oversight, and operational leadership
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or related field
- Master's degree
This full-time leadership role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call availability required when organizational needs arise.
