  • 88-bed Health & Rehabilitation Center (44 Medicare A Short-Term Rehabilitation Beds and 44 Long-Term Care Beds)

Position Summary

Reports To: Senior Vice-President of Operations.

The Executive Director serves as the senior leader of the community and is responsible for all aspects of operations, including resident services, clinical quality, employee engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational advancement.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the Life Plan Community, ensuring exceptional service, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction.
  • Model and promote PCSC mission and values.
  • Serve as a visible and accessible leader who fosters trust, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development to management and staff teams.
  • Build and sustain a workplace culture that promotes engagement, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and excellence.
  • Partner with PCSC Management Services to achieve organizational goals and sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing standards, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Accountable for budget, census growth, expense management, capital planning, and resource allocation.
  • Lead recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
