Job Description:

JP Morgan Private Bank is seeking an experienced Design & Product Synergy Executive Director within our Digital Design Studio. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our triad function, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution across product, design, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Creation and Operationalization:

  • Develop and implement new ceremonies and processes to streamline triad operations.
  • Establish robust management frameworks for processes and controls to ensure consistency and quality.

Role Definition and Talent Management:

  • Refine and improve role definitions within the triad to enhance clarity and accountability.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the triad.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
