Job SummaryThe Executive Director will define the enterprise Payment Integrity strategy across all line of business, including opportunity identification, prioritization, and roadmap development.
Required Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, computer science or business / economics
- 15+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in data product development or innovation strategy
- 7 years of leadership experience
- Leadership and strategic decision making skills
- Executive level communication skills
- Relationship management and customer satisfaction
- Problem solving / analytical thinking
- Knowledge of change management, planning, and communication techniques
- Experience in strategic partnerships, evaluations, due diligence
- Database architecture and storage, infrastructure, and integration technologies experience
- Previous experience overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs
- Experience translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Base Pay Range$191,500.00 - $355,600.00
