What You'll Do
  • Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
  • Drive occupancy growth and community performance through effective team leadership, budget management, and strategic planning
  • Lead, develop, and engage staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Manage budgets and utilize financial acumen to optimize operations and support sustainable growth and stability
  • Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and statutes pertaining to assisted living
  • Serve as a key liaison with residents, families, staff, and the broader community to maintain a positive image and strong relationships
