What You'll Do
Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
Drive occupancy growth and community performance through effective team leadership, budget management, and strategic planning
Lead, develop, and engage staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Manage budgets and utilize financial acumen to optimize operations and support sustainable growth and stability
Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and statutes pertaining to assisted living
Serve as a key liaison with residents, families, staff, and the broader community to maintain a positive image and strong relationships
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
