Join Chase Auto, a leader in auto financing with over $85 billion in assets and partnerships with 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. As part of the prestigious JPMorgan Chase franchise, we serve vehicle manufacturers, auto dealers, and consumers with a comprehensive suite of financial products and services—from retail lending and captive financing to commercial offerings such as floorplan products and treasury services, including deposits, cash management, and payment processing.

As the Executive Director of Marketing Transformation & Operations within Chase Auto, you will lead the evolution of the marketing function, combining operational excellence with a bold, technology‑driven transformation agenda. You will be responsible for architecting and executing integrated marketing campaigns while championing modernization initiatives and embedding advanced digital capabilities—such as artificial intelligence, automation, and data‑driven personalization—into core processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, inspire, and lead a high‑performing marketing operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Architect and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with expertise in transformational go‑to‑market strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Proven success leading technology‑driven marketing operations and modernization initiatives, including hands‑on experience with marketing‑technology (martech) platforms and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating artificial intelligence, data‑driven personalization, and advanced analytics into marketing strategies and operations.
  • A track record of managing large‑scale acquisition, retention, and loyalty campaigns across multimedia channels (digital, social, video, email, direct mail).
  • Tech‑savvy thought leader with a growth mindset and a creative, innovative approach to continuous improvement.
  • Effective influencer and relationship builder, able to drive outcomes through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and team‑building skills; inspires and rallies cross‑functional teams around a common vision.
