Executive Director

Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park - Greenfield, IN
Starting Salary: $120,000/year + Bonus Potential

We're seeking a proven Executive Director who can lead with both heart and accountability-someone who can drive occupancy, build strong teams, maintain operational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced senior living operator who understands that success requires balancing:
