What You'll Own- Full operational leadership of the community

- Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Budget management and expense control
- Sales oversight and move-in conversion support
- Community reputation and local market presence
- Collaboration with department leaders to ensure strong daily operations
What We're Looking For- Previous experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living
- Strong track record in:
- Occupancy growth
- Sales leadership
- Revenue and expense management
- Team development
- Ability to lead both operationally and strategically
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions
- Experience opening or stabilizing communities preferred, but not required
